RULES

Eligibility: The Holy City Motorcycle Skills Competition is open to all Active and Reserve Sworn Law Enforcement Officers and Emergency Service Personnel who are authorized to ride a department motorcycle during the performance of their duties.

Motorcycle types: The motorcycle must be at least 1,000 cc and in configuration as it was from the manufacture factory. Must have emergency equipment on the motorcycle including emergency lights and siren that works. If the bike is equipped with ABS, that must be activated at all times. If the ABS is disconnected on purpose, that run will be a DQ. Only modifications allowed will be a magnet or zip tie for the side stand, adjustable levers, and seat risers.

Uniform: Riders must be in uniform when riding the two-timed runs. That includes duty belt, holster, handcuff case, and magazine holders. Riders must wear a uniform from that agency that you are representing.

Committee: Rules Committee will consist of five riders from different agencies. Five random riders will be selected at the beginning of the training seminar. If a rider wants to protest a judge’s call, it will be bought up to the riders committee and their word is
final. If rider brings up a protest, and one of the Committee members is from that same agency, then the President of the Holy City Training Skills will then take that members place.
